I am constantly amazed at the variety of ways Public Domain works are finding their way into new mediums and platforms. I recently stumbled onto a very cool website that offers a nice selection of Public Domain works (books, films, comics and audios) for a platform I had not considered—the Nintendo DS game console.

I also discovered another really great site that features Public Domain works from another classic genre—comic books! Some sites offers a huge selection of comics that are copyright-free or that are now in the Public Domain. Their offerings include comics from publishers such as Ace Comics, American Comics Group, Fox Feature Syndicate, Hillman Periodicals, MLJ Comics, Prize Comics Group and many others.
